Backorders
If an item is out of stock, we will backorder it at our discretion. Your invoice will state whether or not the out of stock item is on backorder. We try are best to keep every item in stock! Most supply orders paid by money order or credit card will be shipped out within 48 hours upon receipt. Bisque orders will be processed and shipped, when completed! Please allow additional time for transit!
Return/Exchange Procedure
Returns and/or exchanges must be made within 30 days with authorization. Returns on damaged shipments require carrier notification before calling us for a return authorization. Please call us at (518)862-1571 or e-mail us at order@ceramicdecorandmore.com to receive your return authorization. All returns must be made within 30 days. All special orders are non-refundable and non-returnable! So please order carefully!
