As the music plays, the waggie shaft rotates inside the plastic sleeve. The motion produced is circular, but the head appears to tilt backward and forward as it revolves. Fits regular music box (not included) accessory hole.

MUSIC BOX ADHESIVE PAD - For mounting your music box quickly, easily and securely. This double faced adhesive pad is a perfect fit for the regular wind-up music boxes. It comes with a pre-cut hole for music box key.
