Fashenhues base coat colors are used as a surface preparation for translucent colors.  Just apply two coats to bisque with a soft brush.  Cleanup with soap and water.

Item #C-1288 - Cream, 8 oz.

Use to lighten translucent colors after application.  Another use is to brush over base coated item to check for unpainted areas.
